    Can I make a return or an exchange?

    • There will be no returns or exchanges accepted at this time unless there was an error with your order.

    What if I have damaged goods?

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact the CSR, Kylee at kleiner@apexadv.com, please provide pictures and a description of the issue. If the box or packaging is damaged and you believe the damage has been caused during shipping please specify this in your description.
    • Please be patient, the returns process of non inventoried goods requires communication with a third party vendor which may delay the process.

    Return instructions:

    • The order number or packing slip must be included with the return.
